Chipotle Launches New Concept, to enter food-bowl business, Farmesa

In an effort to continue its development of sustainable, affordable and healthy food for its customers, Chipotle has announced the launch of a new concept called Farmesa. Farmesa will be a “fast-casual” concept that will offer fresh, farm-to-table meals. The menu will include a variety of items such as salads, sandwiches, and tacos made with locally sourced ingredients. The new concept is part of Chipotle’s commitment to sustainability, which includes sourcing ingredients from local farms and using sustainable farming practices. Chipotle hopes that Farmesa will be a way to bring fresh, healthy food to communities that are underserved and may not have access to fresh, organic foods. Farmesa will be rolled out in select cities across the United States in the coming months.

The new concept, called “Chipotle Digital Kitchen,” will offer a virtual restaurant experience where customers can order their favorite Chipotle dishes online and have them delivered to their door. The virtual kitchen will feature a menu of classic Chipotle favorites, as well as a selection of new and exclusive digital-only dishes. Customers can choose to pick up their orders curbside or have them delivered via third-party delivery services.

The virtual kitchen will open later this summer and will be available to customers in Santa Monica and surrounding areas. Chipotle plans to expand the concept to other cities in the future.

Farmesa will begin with a limited menu in order to assist team members in learning cooking techniques.

For an extra charge, they will also provide quinoa, black beans, and grilled vegetables. The Tropical Bowl with mango, pineapple, banana, and Greek yogurt is one of their hallmark bowls, as is the Mediterranean Bowl with hummus, feta cheese, cucumber, and olives.

The limited menu for Farmesa is designed to help team members learn cooking techniques and includes a variety of grilled dishes. These dishes include grilled chicken salad, grilled salmon with roasted carrots, grilled vegetable sandwich, grilled cheese sandwich, grilled portobello mushroom with basil, grilled steak with asparagus and sweet potato fries, grilled shrimp with roasted corn and avocado, grilled turkey burger with caramelized onions, grilled salmon burger with avocado and tomato, and grilled veggie burger with roasted peppers and pesto.

The menu will include:

-Grilled Chicken Salad

-Grilled Salmon with Roasted Carrots

-Grilled Vegetable Sandwich

-Grilled Cheese Sandwich

-Grilled Portobello Mushroom with Basil

-Grilled Steak with Asparagus and Sweet Potato Fries

-Grilled Shrimp with Roasted Corn and Avocado

-Grilled Turkey Burger with Caramelized Onions

-Grilled Salmon Burger with Avocado and Tomato

-Grilled Veggie Burger with Roasted Peppers and Pesto

Chipotle’s Farmesa concept has the potential to be a successful venture for the company in the long run. Farmesa is a unique concept that offers a healthier alternative to traditional fast food. It provides customers with a variety of healthy bowls that are made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The concept has the potential to appeal to a wide range of customers, from those looking for a healthier alternative to traditional fast food to those looking for something more gourmet. Additionally, Chipotle’s existing customer base may be interested in the concept as well, as the company already has a large following of health-conscious customers. Ultimately, Farmesa could be a great way for Chipotle to expand its menu and customer base while offering a healthier option to customers.
